Technologies

We work with open mould technologies for small series and piece production (hand-lay up, spray-up) as well as with closed mold technologies for larger series and industrial production (vacuum infusion, RTM light, foaming). Production using flexible silicone membranes is a novelty.

Hand-lay up

Production in open moulds where the glass reinforcement is wetted by hand using brushes and rollers.

RTM light

Production in closed moulds where, after inserting a special reinforcement into the mould and closing it with a solid counter mould using a vacuum, resin is injected into the closed mould with injection machine under pressure.

Vacuum infusion

Production in closed moulds where, after inserting a special reinforcement into the mould and closing it with foil and sealing tape using a vacuum, the resin is filled only using a vacuum.

Vacuum-assisted RTM with flexible (silicone) membranes

Production in closed moulds where, after inserting a special reinforcement into the mould and closing it with a flexible membrane using a vacuum, resin is injected into the closed mould with a injection machine under pressure.
